Since its establishment, Xintao has made it clear that it will take "innovation" as the core driving force for development. Xintao invests a lot of financial, human and material resources in R&D every year, with a cumulative investment of more than 100 million yuan.
Research Achievements
Xintao has accumulated 127 invention patents, utility model patents, and industrial design patents. It has been approved as a provincial enterprise technology center, provincial SRDI champion enterprise, single champion cultivation enterprise in manufacturing industry, technological innovation demonstration enterprise, etc. In response to industry challenges and standard gaps, Xintao continues to explore and has been awarded the "Shenzhen Enterprise Innovation Record", recognizing a batch of provincial-level innovative products and industrial masterpieces. Multiple technologies have broken the monopoly of foreign enterprises. It is of great significance to improve the technical level of domestic related sheets. Xintao has also led and participated in the formulation and revision of two national standards, two industry standards, and two group standards, making outstanding contributions to the standardization and high-quality development of the acrylic industry.
Xintao attaches great importance to R&D investment and industrial upgrading. We make every effort to build a polymer material industry chain with deep integration of "production, learning and research", actively introduces talents, and builds a strong R&D team.
The integration of production, education and research contributes to the sustainable development of enterprises. Xintao maintains close learning and exchange relations with many well-known universities. Our company jointly established a “Science and Technology Service Station” and “Expert workstation” with the Anhui Chemical Society. We also cooperate deeply with many well-known universities in new material research and development application fields. The post-doctoral work support station have been established in 2018. The practical teaching base have been jointly built with Hefei University of Technology in 2021. And the provincial post-doctoral research station have been approved in 2021.
